In Health, we learn about wellness, fitness, our skin, hair, nails, ears, eyes, etc., safety in general, and internet safety. We will do the American Red Cross Babysitting Course later in the year.

The normal cost of this course is $53. It is an all day course if you take it at the Red Cross itself, plus there is the inconvenience of actually traveling there. Therefore, taking this course here offers a large discount and saves time and travel. Please send both in by ... (date TBD). Thank you.

Please note that once we start the babysitting course, if your child misses any classes illegally, they will not be able to be certified. If they miss from being sick, they will be able to make up one, maybe two classes, but more than that will be impossible. Unfortunately, I don't have extra time for this course. Classes will be on Thursdays and Fridays during health. If we need additional classes, your child will be informed ahead of time.

Every child needs a doll to be brought in for the duration of the course. If they do not have one, we'll arrange for them to borrow one from another student in class.
